Group Walks
Group walks are a great way to try Forest Bathing and gain the personal benefits while gathering in community with other like minded individuals.
Plan to spend 2-3 hours in nature as Roz guides you through a series of sensory awakening "invitations." The invitations are a gateway to presence, creating an opening for you to slow down and connect with nature and to be with "what is". The group structure allows us to witness and support each other in an openhearted and non-judgemental way.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled walk, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of three days notice.
Current walks scheduled are private events. More public events will be added soon. In the meantime, feel free to submit a request through the private walk offering.
